Job description

Analysing requirements, preparing test cases, preparing data for testing
Arrangement and initiation of automated tests
Executing feature tests
Reproducing and eventual re-evaluation of defects
Customer support with acceptance testing
Quality Assurance support during the software development

Years of experience

Software testing for at least 1 year

Desired skills

Analytical thinking
Knowledge of testing processes and methods
Experience with testing of information systems (from implementation perspective)
Basic experience with automated testing
Experience with testing in either banking, telecommunication, energy, or other similar sectors.
Experience with some testing tools
Experience with testing mobile applications
Experience with Jira, MS SQL, SOAP UI – Basic knowledge
ISTQB certificate appreciated
Also much appreciated is any experience with programming or scripting languages, such as C/C++, C#, VB, JAVA, Python, JAVA script, Ruby, Perl, PHP, etc.

Language

English C1 level
German B1 level
Better knowledge of the German language highly appreciated
